Swedish: Massage technique consists of long gliding strokes to relax the entire body

Hot Stone: hot smooth stones are used to massage your body, the heat allowed the MT to have an effect on the deep layer of tissues

Body Scrub: a salt or sugar scrub is applied to exfoliate the entire body, removed with hot moist towels, and followed with a light massage using body butter

Trigger point: is designed to work a tight area within muscle tissue that causes pain in another part of the body

Deep tissue: a technique used to concentrate on the deeper muscles and fascia. Firmer pressure may be used to reach these areas

Prenatal: helps to relieve back pain, improve sleep, and decrease stress. Extra bolsters are used to keep the client safe and comfortable

Cupping: MT uses special cups on your skin to create a suction for a few minutes to help with pain and inflammation. It is a type of deep tissue massage.

AromaTouch: essential oils are applied with a very light touch to energy zones along your back. Oils help to alleviate pain and inflammation and are immune boosting.
